This kind of art is very useful when people want to learn how to relate with other people, which is a very important skill for MBA executives, this improvising scenes develop leadership skills and collaboration. They also practice inner monologue in order to become more approachable or vulnerable, which can ease the communications with coworkers. All these practices prepare MBA students for situations that might involve risks or conflicts.

According to studies literature has the benefit to help analyze situations of life, because after all, novels, poetry and plays are inspire on them, therefore it is believed that this material is very useful for MBA students to help them see some situations with a different perspective and also respect other people opinions about a same story or novel, which are very important skills for an MBA professional.

Storytelling

The storytelling field enhances students to share their personal stories; the process is very meaningful, for they first have to gather all the relevant information and what are those experiences who have influenced on their lives after they do that they have to define the theme and purpose, after all the writing process is done, they work on the breathing, voice and mental centeredness, in order to, connect with the audience, this last aspect is what make a great leader, to be able to connect with people and transmit knowledge and inspiration to the work team, so the company can grow through everybody’s collaboration.
